Dieumerci Mbokani still linked to us
West Ham are chasing the signature of Monaco striker Dieumerci Mbokani who they want to land on loan but Everton also want him.
Monaco signed Mbokani last summer for £7m from Standard Liege but the 25-year-old is apparently still available for a loan deal and West Ham have been leading the race for his signature.
Avram Grant is keen to add to his squad to ensure recent good results continue and he is said to have been watching the striker for a a while with a view to a move.
Meanwhile Everton boss David Moyes is being linked with almost every striker who may or may not be available as his side struggle alarmingly in front of goal and to add to his concerns have lost top scorer Tim Cahill to the Asian Cup for a month.
Unlikely to get a work permit so this probably wont happen.
