Carroll back by Xmas
Hooray I hear you say but this could be counter productive. This will give the board the perfect excuse not to look for a striker come January because hey Carroll will be back so problem solved. Even if he is back and fit by then how long before he gets crocked again?
Personally I would rather him back after the window shuts or better still just lie to the public and say he is out for the season so when they go looking for another striker he will think he is number one choice.
