We could benefit from a certain players bad behaviour

Lots of twitter rumours flying around that we are after Benfica striker Óscar Cardozo. As strikers go this guy is pretty tasty regularly scoring 20-30 goals a season for his club in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.

Out of our league some would say but he isn’t getting on well with the manager. After being subbed in the Taça de Portugal Final (domestic cup final) he got the hump and pushed the manager as he left the field. He made a formal apology but things are still simmering and the club are going to launch an internal  investigation into his actions.

So if a sneaky loan bid is made we might just be able to get a gem of a player for this season. Although that said he he gets the hump at being subbed I would hate to think what he would do when he is told he will be a bench warmer for most of the season…
